We have 2 types of accomodations:
1] Executive Class - living with nature with ocean facing.
2] Special Class - accomodation with nature of ayurveda garden as well as ocean.
Ashram is based at ocean side with Ayurveda Garden which also has fauna and flora of Dakshina Kannada region of Karnataka. It is 90 km from Mangalore Airport towards North direction in Udupi district on National Highway 66, towards left hand is ocean with Gosval KOME Beach, A beach with golden sand and warm ocean.
Rooms are constructed in such a way that, Doshas of the body remain balanced by balanced luxury, balanced comfort, temperature and environmental conditions. The room with less comfort, then it can disturb Vata and Pitta, where as room with over comfort, can make the body lazy, inactive which increases kapha, not supportive in reduction of weight as creates blocks at various levels in the body. Hence Gosval provides moderate comforts, during the stay, which is eco friendly.
